How it works
Each grade is multiplied by its weight, those products are added together, and the total is divided by the sum of the weights. When the weights add up to 100, the result is your weighted percentage grade for the course.
Frequently asked questions
Do my weights have to add up to 100?
Not strictly. The calculator divides by your total weight, so it still works, but using weights that total 100 gives the clearest percentage.
How is the letter grade decided?
It uses a common scale where 93 and above is an A, 90 to 92 an A minus, and so on. Your school scale may differ slightly.
Can I add as many items as I want?
Yes. Use Add item to include every assignment or category, and the remove button to delete any row.
