Welcome to CalculatorsPoint. By accessing or using calculatorspoint.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is free to use and always will be for personal, non-commercial calculation needs.
1. What we provide
The Site offers free online calculators, converters, guides, and reference content for informational and educational purposes. We work hard to keep every tool accurate — our methods and sources are documented in our Editorial & Accuracy Policy — but results are estimates, and we make no warranty that any result is complete, current, or suitable for your specific situation.
2. Not professional advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, engineering, or other professional advice. Calculator results should never be your sole basis for decisions with real-world consequences. Always verify important figures with the relevant official source or a qualified professional. Our Disclaimer explains this in detail and forms part of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (c) scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or data by automated means without written permission; (d) misrepresent Site results as guaranteed professional determinations; or (e) use our forms to send spam or unlawful content.
4. Embedding our calculators
We offer an official embed feature on calculator pages. You are welcome to embed our calculators on your own website free of charge, provided the "Powered by CalculatorsPoint" attribution link remains visible and unmodified. Framing or embedding the Site by any other means is not permitted. We may update or discontinue embedded calculators at any time.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — calculators, code, text, guides, design, and branding — is owned by CalculatorsPoint or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may link to any page freely and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Republishing substantial content, or copying our calculators outside the official embed feature, requires our written permission. Mathematical formulas themselves are, of course, free for all humanity.
6. Advertising, sponsors and affiliate links
The Site is supported by advertising, clearly-labelled sponsorships, and occasional affiliate links (which may earn us a commission at no cost to you). These relationships never influence calculator results or editorial content, as described in our Editorial & Accuracy Policy. Third-party ads and linked websites are the responsibility of their operators; we do not endorse and are not responsible for their content.
7. User submissions
By submitting a calculator suggestion, roadmap vote, or message, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that submission to operate and improve the Site (for example, building a suggested calculator or displaying a suggestion on our public roadmap). We may edit submissions for clarity and will never publish your personal contact details.
8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalculatorsPoint and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its results — including decisions made in reliance on calculator outputs.
