How it works
The calculator applies your years, then months, then weeks and days to the start date, using normal calendar rules so month lengths and leap years are handled automatically. Subtracting works the same way in reverse.
Frequently asked questions
How is adding months handled at month ends?
Months are added using standard calendar arithmetic, so adding a month to the 31st rolls into the next month when the target month is shorter.
Can I add and subtract at the same time?
Each calculation is either add or subtract. To combine, run one calculation, then use the result as the start date for the next.
Does it show the day of the week?
Yes. The resulting weekday is shown along with the date.
